Hotel rooms are available at a special rate of $179 per night at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center. This exclusive rate is available to our guests who reserve by April 7, 2026. A limited number of rooms are available at this price, so we encourage you to book early.

We encourage everyone to pre-register as there is limited seating. The first 225 or so registrations will get a reserved seat at a table, and all others will be in general seating. Every seat is a good seat.

On-site registration begins at 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 8, 2025. At this time, you can pick up your pre-registration packet or register for the event with PayPal, cash, check or credit card.

The schedule includes:

Thursday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Friday morning from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM with many breaks, including long Lunch (1.5 hrs) and Dinner (2 hrs) breaks.

Saturday morning from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM with many breaks, including long Lunch (1.5 hrs) and Dinner (2 hrs) breaks.

Sunday morning from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM with a single 15-minute break.
